Marc Stein @ESPNSteinLine Jeremy Lin Watch: Lin expected to sign offer within 45 mins, according to inside source Spoiler gotcha
Why can no one believe Marc Stein actually has other sources? Not that I like any of the ESPN talking heads, but this isn't that far fetched. Heck, all he really had to do was pick up the phone and call Lin's agent.
I don't care about Asik IF we get Dwight. But if we do I am guessing the Rockets have the same chance of making Lin this offer as they do of NY not matching it. Not very good. I still want Brooks, Lin and Howard on the Rockets. I think it would be enough to get Dwight to re-sign here. They would be the face of China's favorite NBA team.
LOL that's hilarious He might have someone close to the hotel personal so he just verified it. If not, he a dick not giving you props.
Giving him the benefit of the doubt, it was 8 minutes after I asked why Lin was at the team hotel that he sent out tweet. He had plenty of time to call or text his agent or Lin himself.

If this is how Stein generated his tweet...well hell! ..I just need to setup shop as an NBA insider and have people tweet me....reliably of course ! LOTFLOL
I guess they offered him the same deal as Asik? Originally reported as @WojYahooNBA: Offer sheet for Lin will pay him $5M in year one, $5.2M in year two and $9.3M in years three and again in team option year four, source says.
that news is out dated.. even the offer has changed from 28.1 to 25.1 it is now a 3 year deal. 5/5/15 he just signed it an hr or so.
Please do so quickly, then. We did "give" you Camby (well, couldn't have signed him outright at least).
