Those Nash, Parker comparisons... pfft. All wrong, J-Lin is the Bob Dylan of basketball <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/uOokCdkIejk?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
So is he playing for Jesus or for God? Also, why does he think either gives a **** about basketball? Go go Gadget D&D!
I've read account after account suggesting that Hakeem became a better player...a better man and a more disciplined person because of his religion. Hakeem said that very thing. No one has a problem with that, because he's Hakeem mother falcon Olajuwon. Why does it matter to you what his motivation is?
if jesus has the ball and harden is on the same team as Jesus, but coach has addressed he does not want stickiness what does jesus do? Feed chandler and asik with 1/8 loaf of a bread or defer to harden for isoness?
I wasn't even a member of this board when Hakeem mentioned his religion in 92-94... So other than calling my relatives of junior high school teammates good luck with that one. In fairness to Lin he was asked a question and answered it... Still I do not like the God card being played by athletes; be it Lin, Tebow, Olajuwon, Tyson or Hamilton.... Wasn't a big fan of Chris Jackson failing to stand for the national anthem either....
