It will be great to have him come off the bench and contribute and it's just another player that OKC has to gameplan for now. I like it.
It's really risky any time you add a new player when our guys already have great chemistry and rhythm these past two games.
For at least the sake of confidence, I hope he gets playoff minutes this year and does well. JLin depends so much on confidence...I don't want this to be his "LBJ 4th quarter" going into the future. Sry, excuse my comparison of LBJ to Lin in any fashion haha.
Great news! I figured he'd be out the rest of the series. Here's to hoping he can shoot without hurting himself.
As long as Jeremy doesn't handle the ball then we should be fine. Let Beverley, Brooks, and Harden handle it still for game 6.
He can handle the ball. He just needs to stop getting unforced turnovers with his lazy passing. That is inexusable.
Why do you think that? I really see no benefit of having Lin there at this point, other than to provide some rest for others. He never established himself in this series. I don't think he's a good enough shooter to come in ready in that area either. He's a better defender, but I'm not sure that's enough to put him in there very long.
I think we'll be surprised by his play. Lin can play really well, and speed the tempo and thunder won't know what them.
Handling the ball means taking care of it and not causing turnovers. I don't trust Jeremy handling the ball at all especially when he hasn't played in a few games. He'll be on a short leash tonight if he makes any dumb turnovers or airballs any 3's.
Lin played with them in the regular season. Stop with this chemistry bs. Brooks barely played before this series and he's doing fine. Just be happy we have someone healthy we can play, esp with Delfino being questionable.
Plus is it just me or does Harden really not trust Jeremy Lin? He'd rather pass to Beverley and Brooks at this point.
Welp, if Lin plays significant minutes, you can chalk this up as a loss. He should not start over Bev, and he shouldnt be taking minutes away from ABZ. When we signed Lin, I was ecstatic, now all I want is for hom to not ruin the team, great guy though.
Even if Lin's cleared to play, I expect McHale to be cautious with him. 10-12 minutes unless he's playing well.
I don't get with this chemistry talk. In game 5 Asik, Harden and Garcia was playing at an amazing level! Our PG allowed RJ to scored 20pt on them that game. You could've put any PG in that game and we will probably came out with a win! Not taking anything away from PB and AB they done a great job and the current line up is working. If Garcia and Harden both shoot terribly today we're pretty much screwed...no PG in hell will get us the win. JLin is coming off the bench and I'm sure his min will be extremely limited if any. Saying we'll lose now cause JLin is coming off the bench shows that you're nothing but a LOH.

When Lin comes in he needs to think about Attack 1st and attack 2nd. None of this hesitation bullcrap. If he looks scared for a second out there I'm yanking him. That's if I was McHale
