JL may you rise to the occasion, wash any bad taste away from our mouths and explode to the rim as I know you can. Just Do It !
Couldn't be better timing for Lin to be able to come back in, with Delfino out and Brooks hurting. Hopefully he isn't playing too hurt. I hope he'll be okay and do well this game. We really need him to play to the most of his potential.
we need him to play well when he does...cant have the bad Lin game tonight or we will lose...Scoring is going to be an issue from the bench...
lol @ doods sayin it will an automatic loss if he plays. the added adrenaline will fuel linsanity tonight, injured or not imo.
He shot 59% from the field the last 2 games. His tougher shots are a better option than his teammates easier shots a good % of the time. We didn't stop anything, we made it tougher but we did not stop him till the 4th quarter of the last game. The further you read into your post the more it sounds like you agree with me. Do what you can with Durant, force his teammates to take a bigger role and do all that you can to contain them from beating you.
Man, it don't matter to me if he plays a lot or a little, or whether he comes in before or after some other player... the fact that we have a healthy body back in it, is great news for the team. As for the chemistry thing, in coach we trust! (at least I do, anyways)
OH NO. I DID NOT JUST HEAR JEREMY LIN WILL BE PLAYING IN GAME 6 OMG THIS IS GONNA BE A LOSS. LIN IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS................................ FCK
The rockets are taking some hits . Delfino (out) Harden (not 100%) AB (how's he's health). Definitely we need Lin to come in to help out if he is healthy again. Lets get OVER THE TOP and win this guys. All guns Blazin. Lets W

wow. im gonna have to vent a little (in fact, quite alot) here. this just is such a stupid boneheaded move that just throws our season and an epic game 7 opportunity under the bus. i would be so happy to be wrong, but this is getting ridiculous. what can do lin that beverley or brooks cant do? brooks and beverley are better shooters from the outside, brooks is a perennial 3 point threat, while beverley has been in a great rhythm lately and has been hitting shots at a constant clip. meanwhile every time jeremy lin hoists one up theres this eerie air of uncertainty about it that it will probably just result in another clank. lin is much slower than brooks and beverley. this makes playing lin at the PG negating our speed advantage. a major factor in our wins these past 2 games has been our great speed advantage, with brooks and beverley running circles around their defense and defenses unable to catch up. now with lin back, he is stone-cold, has no rhythm or confidence at all, and is not properly-adjusted to his teammates who has formed great chemistry and solidarity among them in the last 2 games. lin's supposedly good defense is totally not necessary in this game. who's his "elite defense" gonna be called to guard upon? fisher? he will go in and lock down fisher? wow lets just say he probably will lose the PG matchup just due to the high percentage of chance that any good defense he plays will be more than negated by his endless turnovers and inability to play alongside ball-dominant SGs like Harden. sure Lin is a great PG in the right system where the PG is the focus of the offense and the offense runs through him, e.g. Lin and the New York Knicks with D'Antoni, but a game 6, in the middle of an epic series, with a very realistic chance that we can create history and be the first team EVER in the history of the NBA to win a 7-game series while having been down 0-3, now you rush back your "face of the franchise", "character idol", "storied and illustrious career", "textbook model citizen". Ok let me get this clear, I love Lin and a person and he is my idol. I'm okay with him playing 40 minutes even if it means he will make us lose, because thats just how much I love him. I'm willing to sacrifice wins go 45-37 instead of 50-32 if it means Lin will have to start and play significant minutes just because he is Jeremy Lin and what a fantastic person and fabulous player he is. I'm even okay with not grabbing Chris Paul (if there was an opportunity for doing so), in order to keep Lin and let him start for us at PG. BECAUSE I LOVE JEREMY LIN. BUT THIS IS NOT THE TIME AND THE STAGE TO DO THAT...... Lin has been playing sub-par lately, and being the massive fan I am of the Rockets, the last game I remember Lin having was that 29 point showing when we upset the Thunder back in 26th of February with Lin planting the dagger 3 over Westbrook. Since then Lin has been basically Chris Duhon level. He is the reason why we lost the Phoenix those 2 times. Lin is just not contributing. He has had horrible games the first 2 playoffs he played this series and how can anyone tell me that he will suddenly out of nowhere turn it around and begin contributing at a high level? THIS IS BLASPHEMY!!!!!! Why we are rushing Jeremy back at the worst time of the season for that, I have no idea. I'm gonna warn you all that this is gonna turn into the Magic during the 2009 Finals where they all of a sudden smoked some weed and brought back Jameer Nelson back on to the court, all while Rafer Alston had been contributing solidly and winning the entire playoffs. TREACHERY.
Glad Lin can play. DLee only played 1 min for GSW off the bench yesterday. Can we advance to 2nd round like GSW? Let's fill NBA with Cinderella stories this season and make history!
Why try to preface your comment with you love Lin? Clearly you don't. And Lin lost us those two games versus Phoenix? You mean he was playing alone against them? You are clearly a hater and for all your professed love for your team you don't seem to understand that another healthy body can only be a good thing. McHale is already saying he will ease him back into the lineup, he won't be starting and will only play spot up minutes. Thats a good way to ease him back I believe and can only make the team stronger.
Some haters are amazing. No wonder some legit critical posters are often mistaken for haters and get pissed off that get grouped with those trolls. If your are putting in legitimate criticism, and get labeled a hater, you should really be mad at the haters.
