    Don't buy it. It's a negotiating ploy from ORL to get more out of us.

    Our offer is better. Cavs with Bynum = strong playoff team in the East. Any picks they could offer will be pretty crappy. Varejao doesn't fit with what Magic are trying to do, either. Also, Cavs can't absorb as much salary, even IF we get both Lin & Asik.

    One last point: I don't see ANY way Dwight re-signs in Cleveland. NOBODY wants to play in Cleveland. So I'm not sure I even see them making this trade. I think when it comes down to it they'd rather build through the draft. But then again they have one of the dumbest owners in the business so who knows.

    I think this is Orlando desperately trying to find some way to up Morey's offer.

    I don't think Dwight understands global economics. China shoe market > NY, Miami, LA combined. T-Mac is still huge over there. Still doing commercials. Getting Lin would definitely be huge regarding the China market.

    I love the headline on Sportscenter. "Lin return to Knicks in jeopardy." Like it's some sort of huge tragedy if he doesn't go back to New York, or we're holding him hostage or something.
