    the knicks would have felton, lin, kidd and smith at PG/SG until shumpert returns

    Timing and common sense would lead you to believe that this means we get Lin. But these are the Knicks we are talking about. I don't want to see the meltdown if they still match.

    Felton, Lin, and Kidd are all starters from last year. I'm doubtful that one of them is going to accept being the third string point guard. Especially for a team like the Knicks which is hardly a powerhouse team.
