Michael Chang won the French Open and went on to become World number 2 ranked player behind arguably the 2nd best tennis player to every play the game - Pete Sampras. Although Chang never quite won another Grand Slam so he's sorta perceived as a one-hit wonder. But being ranked world number 2 is like the equivalent of being Karl Malone when Michael Jordan was around.

Morey isn't so concerned with making the Rockets better, it's about making the other 29 teams worse ;)

Last year is a team option. So it's pretty good IMO. Mid-level for 2 years (which he arguably deserves) - and then at worst he becomes an expiring contract in his third year.

He held his own against John Wall and Kyrie Irving. I'm Chinese and watched a ot of his games. He is worth at least a mid-level (which you pay for two years). After that - he can become trade-bait as his contract is only for 3 years. Have you seen some of the $$ mediocre point guards get?

I have no idea how you guys lost 2 quality point guards in one off-season though. This is not a bad consolation prize at all.

I'm not to knowlegdeable on this restricted free-agent thing. So if NYK does match, does Lin have the right to decline?

You should walk over to the Knicks forums sometimes. They are the absolute worst.

For some reason - they think that all players want to play in New York and are stupid if they don't.
