    he should'a stuck with playing Legolas. I mean, skiing is cool and all but when you're an elf, well, you do the math.

    That seemed obvious to me too. Which is why I voted Yes. Die, NCAA!

    I think this should be plain. The NCAA is a professional business that uses the guise of an amateur organization so that they won't have to pay their players -- players who would command pretty good salaries if free market principles were applied to establish their value. But, there is too much to lose for them, so they try desperately to cover over the fact that they are a professional sporting association with these artificial and oppressive rules on how their players are allowed to participate. If I had my druthers, the Department of Labor would force the NCAA to pay their players wages.

    Couldn't schools then give all of their players "Ski Sponsorship" money? He should not be eligible, nor should any other pro athletes.
