Ken is the man. The other contestants looked dazed and confused after double jeopardy cuz they dont know what hit them. Every game he goes on a run where he gets all but one question in two categories of double jeopardy. This gives him a ridiculous lead n the other contestants just r blown away and lose their confidence. Truly remarkable. I wish he would have bet more on final jeopardy, the guy supposedly is an insane film buff. Kind of embarassing he was the only one that got the question right, as it was a fairly easy final jeopardy.
The guy isn't cheating. He's just a guy who knows a bunch of crap. For instance, he and Alex have been discussing the fact that Ken actually made a list of his favorite TWO THOUSAND FREAKIN MOVIES. I would have trouble making a list of fifty.
I'm not entirely sure I've seen two thousand movies in my lifetime. I could probably do a list of 100 of my favorites, but beyond that...
Oh my God! I just watched it for the first time with Ken on, and he's now won it for 18! He almost lost, too, to a guy who was playing smart, but bet more on Final to win. The amazing thing is the guy is young, and he knows all this. Smart guy... EDIT: I wonder if the Jeopardy people will get tired of the guy winning and give an opponent the answers ahead of time....that'd suck for Ken.
They give everyone the answers ahead of time. It's the questions the contestants have to come up with.
Does AP say how many days he goes? Cuz...he has to eventually lose...death would take its toll somewhere along the line.
bobrek, I think they have an update here. He's been kicking some serious ass! http://www.tvgameshows.net/
Thanks, unfortunately that was Wednesday's show. It wasn't on in the Twin Cities today due to Wimbledon coverage. I assume it was not pre-empted since it is syndicated.
In case anyone is interested, here are Thursday's results: http://feeds.bignewsnetwork.com/?sid=80aa8466d80963b3
Does anyone know when Jeopardy tapes? Thinking about it the AP never stated Ken lost but implied it cause he is back home in Utah. However, since these episodes were taped in February, Ken could have been sent home till Jeopardy starts taping again. Hope for you Ken fans.
