I strongly disagree. Collier is better than Parks IMO. Pig Miller is better than Parks IMO. The Rockets don't need to go after a warm body that just happens to be 7 feet tall, they need some one that can bring something to the table. I don't know what Kevin Willis and Charles Oakley contract situations are but those two definitely bring more to the table than Parks. Neither would expect much playing time either.
Sorry Guys but from what has been posted it sounds like 'MORE OF THE SAME'It doesnt sound like JVG is planning to build his Team arround the Center but is going with the Franchise and Mobes Show! And we all know where that has placed us for the last four seasons. I will be surprised if this is realy the case as most experts seem to agree that the Rockets need to develop Yao Ming into a dominent player.
if the 12th man is going to be a big guy than why not badiane? we already got him under contract. he wouldnt get much p.t., but just being around the team and letting ewing work with him would probably be more beneficial than playing in europe.
