I like this. it opens the door for some innovative/creative thinking.

Would love to see JVG, but only see him leaving the booth for a veteran team, even though it IS the Rockets/ at home.

Give Abdelfattah an assistant gig then groom him to be Silas' replacement when he gets fired next year or the year after.

So true. McHale hire was wholly unnatural as well.

I'd love to see JVG take the same Pres of Ops role that Riley took when he joined MIA

I'd love his presence back in the organization

I think he has been away from the sideline too long, and the league has changed too drastically in his absence, for a return to the sideline

Looking at how Willie Green of the Pelicans, Ime Udoka of Boston, Jason Kidd of the Mavs are Real Leaders and how Strict they are with the players.

Abdel Fattah has a very strong voice and is very strict in huddles and in timeouts.

Porter Jr and Christian Wood always disrespect Stephen Silas with immature behavior.

Abdel Fattah won't back down from anyone.

Stephen Silas can be stuffed inside a locker.

I never wanted the Utah Jazz guy on our team.
Weaver is a good assistant coach.
