You lost all credibility when you predicted them losing 5 games in that 6 game stretch.

Were going to lose to the Blazers, Nuggets, Spurs, Hornets AND Mavs?

    Damn. Rockets suck.

In my simulation, I get the following:

Rockets 4th and Utah 5th occurs 9.3% of the time
Rockets 3rd and Utah 6th occurs 4.0% of the time.

The most likely first round scenario is having home court advantage against the Blazers (16.5% of the time).

    Again, my page is http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=165557

Nice work, Big Red. I really, really, REALLY hope you're right too. Honestly, at this point I would rather play the Spurs in the first round rather than Utah. I know that sounds crazy but outside of the obvious "BRING IT'S!" in Denver, Portland and New Orleans -- Utah is the second most dangerous team from our standpoint outside of the Lakers. For whatever reason we can't seem to beat either team.

We have played LA much better than Utah this year. Both of the LA games have come down to the final couple of minutes, that last Jazz game was just painful to watch

that was a fair prediction. I guess you are not aware of the fact that all these remaining 6 games jazz vs. western powers are road games. this season jazz NEVER won a road game vs. western 1-9 and eastern 1-5.
my guess is maybe they could make 1 win vs. the teams you listed above, for Probability's sake. but again, maybe Lakers won't do the tank job in the last game, if they need just 1 win to take HCA from cavs.
the good news is after jazz finished all, rox still have 1 road game vs mavs, totally winnable or lose-able. if all the pieces fit together, rox may take the liberty to deliver jazz to lakers.that would be fun...

Yeah dude, I think Cannonball was talking about the remainder of the Jazz's schedule, not the Rox.

why is denver ahead of us in the standings? we have a better conference record and we won the season series 3-1.. ??? we're 4th and jazz are 5th.. then we would play them..
