    au contraire you get better and more picks by making your players play well and competing!
    @J.R.

    yes you get one high pick but lose several other FRPs in the process
    when you are worst team in the league.... you devalue and you get nothing for your vets...just like stone did...
    4 FRPS >>>>>>1 top pick

    he wasted so much playing time on house, thesis, nwaba, wood and werent able to extract an extra second rounder for all of them combined....wood was worth a frp even if he didnt play a minute so he gained nothing by playing him and giving him lead role but denied that experience that is soooooo crutial and essential for the young guns...

    whats also get lost is experience of playing real games and for fans of watching the real games...this is why i dont wacth rockets anymore

    bad teams stay bad for a reason

    this is soooo much more more fun than tanking

    I’ll give you some time to think about how blatantly you are contradicting yourself. I’ll also go ahead and bookmark this thread and bump/tag you in it about 13 months from now.

    Just like any other year, teams have fluke starts. This is one of them. Jazz will end up with one of the worst records still

    Perhaps. But look at the teams they beat. Denver, Minny and NO are not pushovers.

    That doesn’t matter. We see the same thing every year in the first few weeks and everything basically shifts back to what they should be

    Who could forget the eventual 17 win Rockets winning 10 of their first 19 games including 6 in a row prompting gems like “who needs Harden, we’re making the play-in/playoffs without him!!”

    It's good to see them trying out there though.

    The Thunder are making it clear they have no interest in trying to win. Giddy and SGA both out tonight.

    I hope SGA bolts. They're wasting his talent for a chance at Wembenyama

    They already think they're the best in the league, they wouldn't listen even if he was trying to teach.
