I do think sengun right now is more of a franchise player than Jalen Green since his game is a lot more polished. Although it's quite delusional for folks to think sengun can carry a team to any success without a scorer with green potential. Sengun lacks range, none of his teammates aside from kpj can match greens scoring potential. I think with proper coaching + new pg and an offensive system Jalen will b the primary option on the offense while the offense will b played through sengun and our new pg. I can see why folks hate sengun only fans, make the rest of us that appreciate sengun for his skills look bad by creating threads like this with the intention to suck and praise sengun as the next coming of the GOAT
Franchise is a bit much in all honesty. The question should be 'who deserves to be in the starting 5' - at least Jalen can try to convince us that question is him at some stage.
Superstar scoring potential ala Morant? JG. All around amazing player ala Jokic? Sengun. Hopefully both reach their ceiling, both still very young and developing.

Where is the option for both? Why does it have to be one or the other? If Jalen learns how to play off Sengun his star potential is even higher as his shooting percentages go up tenfold.
Neither. Sengun is the team's best player currently and Jalen Green has potential offensively, but is one of the worst performing players on the team currently.... he's not even the best guard on the team as of now so I'm not sure why he'd even be in this conversation at all. So if we had to say one, Sengun would be the pick, but I don't think he's earned that title yet.
