    Guilty in the court of public opinion, but not in a real court. Thankfully legal court doesn't work like that but unfortunately the world does. Public opinion is pretty stupid.

    Can't compare a relatively unknown basketball player to the face of a billion dollar corporation. It's not like he can just be the new Quiznos guy even if the accusations turn out to be false.

    Why? In this case, the girl was a prostitute.

    The sex laws are ridiculous. 18 and 19 year olds being casted down to the pedophile level because mommy and daddy think their 16 year old daughter is an innocent virgin.

    There certainly should be punishment and laws for predators, but the current laws are simply hurting too many kids.

    Which in Jareds case, is he a predator or a perv?
