to me, he is sortof like the pick the patriots used a few years back on major applewhite. the kind of guy that will make your roster year in and year out but will not play much if at all in the regular season. major chose to leave new england and coach.. i believe in JZ's case he will be on our roster for at least a few years, he is a talented qb that just may or may not have nfl talent. we also may or may not ever find out weather or not he is nfl worthy...

I think he is the type of guy that needs to make the team and utilized in unconventional ways. Put him in the slot and use him as a receiver/quarterback for trick plays. Put him out wide. Let him hold for field goals thus introducing a new element that defenses must prepare for. Hell put him on defense during prevent situation. And leave him as your third string QB. Basically use all of his special skills that are outside those of a normal qb without treating him like a quarterback...like a sissy. "Don't hit the QB!" does not apply to JZ.

If our O-line sucks again and lets Shaub on my knob get sacked 100 x per season he could get hurt and Zabransky could play. It's not that unrealistic

Porter and Vanpelt got whacked today.

Jay Z is number three. So unless things change he will be on the practice squad. And by things I mean Kubiak's philosophy on 3rd string qbs.
