NBA teams need a #protocol to protect them from #ChronicallyInjuredEmployees

Guess his case of bulging dicks was too severe.

Seriously though, this sucks. I guess this is why he was drafted so late, teams were worried about his back problems. He is still a promising prospect though.

I think Bradley would be a good get. I'd be stoked if the Rockets landed him.

Try harder. Boston is enamored with him.

Yeah, plus there's the whole "salary cap" thing by which the teams need to abide.

Boston's already over the luxury tax threshold, and the only expiring contracts they have (for filler to make the salaries match) are league minimum guys - Jason Collins, Leandro Barbosa and Chris Wilcox (who is a One-Year Bird free agent who could nix any trade involving him).

I don't think any trade (where Bradley is the centerpiece to Houston) feasibly works for both teams if it involves both Douglas and Delfino going to Boston. And I don't think Boston would trade Bradley (plus a minimum guy) for Douglas straight-up.

Before the Rondo injury, I would have thought something like Patterson for Bradley plus a minimum guy would have worked. Maybe some draft considerations or cash changing hands as well.

    Oh, well.

Celtics value Bradley the same way we value Parsons. Neither is getting traded unless it's for an absolutely slam dunk deal.

Has anyone had significant back surgery and come back as essentially the same player?

Back surgery seems more of a problem than a full ACL tear these days.
