How the hell is Jard freakin Dudley supposed to know where Bron is going?

Even if Bron told him I'm sure he wasn't like sure Jared go ahead and announce it to everybody.... nevermind the fact that I've waited this long and set up an hour long press conference in an unknown location. None of that matters because Jared freakin Dudley you sir are the ultimate insider.

Yup. Chicago would definitely be great for LeBron if he wants to go far. Especially if they can add a shooter like Korver on that team they would be absolutely deadly.

A front court of Bron, Boozer and Noah?? With Rose running the show and Korver knocking down wide open 3's off the bench.

Chicago would be the last place that Lebron would go to. The guy wants to make his own legacy. Why would he be stupid enough to go to Chicago to be compare/critique to Jordan and live up to Jordan accomplishment every single yrs?

yeah but they will be out of cap space. they're gonna have to find a taker for deng if they land lebron. there are plenty of shooters on the market if they can clear more space. korver, redick, allen, morrow...

I agree. Go to Chicago and live under Jordan's legacy until he wins 6 rings himself? Go to Miami and play Wade's sidekick (because, really, Miami is Wade County)? LeBron's ego is too fragile/big to be under anyone's shadows. He's been coddled and worshipped since his St. Vincent St. Mary days. Going to a team where he's not the alpha dog is not an option.

They could even do that Fernandez/Bayless for Deng rumor which was surfaced a couple weeks ago. Any good shooter + Lebron at this point would make them favorites. If they can also add a decent quality big to the mix as well then I'd basically crown them.

MJ is the best ever. It's different. He is the Chicago Bulls.

Magic Johnson is not the LA Lakers.

The bulls are out. Lebron had his chance to go there with Bosh.

I'm saying he can very well go to the Knicks. There's no legend's shadow for LeBron to play under, there's no superstar player there that can unseat him, and he can win just ONE title there and would be considered a New York God.

The NBA has been doing just fine. I really don't care about revenue or public perception/awareness. I guess now the teams can raise ticket prices and make all games pay per view. The poor players and owners can now make some real money. I can hardly wait.

Because not every FA is considered the possible greatest ever (since they were 15), except Lebron James.

so you're saying the bulls franchise is over because no superstar will ever want to play in mj's shadow again?

Exactly. Getting the first one ever for a mega city like New York would be bigger than winning 3 in Cleveland. Going to Chicago and winning one doesn't mean much to the city since it's already won many with Jordan. New York is the most popular and recognizable city in the US and around the world.

The only guys who would be hesitant are those who legitimately feel like they are actually competing with Jordan's legacy...in other words they feel like they have the chance to actually be considered the greatest ever. The only player who we feel like has that shot....Lebron James. So are you saying that Lebron James is the only superstar in the league? Because every other one doesn't have that stigma working against them, thus, can more easily go to Chicago and not have to worry about constant MJ comparisons.
