They looked real good trying to outscore San Antonio. Nice quote, whatever....just hope you realize the point and were just playing around with it.
mmm I actually agree with that list completely lol but to spice it up I'll say a surprise win against the kings at the end of the month 11-5
why are people so high on Magic? I watched a few games of them. They have no defense. That means, we have big chances. Everyone says magic is hungry, so is rockets and t-mac.
I expect to win half of them. We are the opitome of a mediocre team right now. I hope things change for the better and we can supprise some teams and maybe win 10 games.
Rox will go 11-5 for the month Jazz - W CHECK Phoenix - W : Phx can't win in Hou after playing in Minn the night before. Lakers - W : while Kobe & T-Mac score it up, Yao goes on a rampage Nuggets - W : Nuggets can't get it in gear, and Rox team is better overall Mavericks - L : while Dirk and T-Mac score it up, Mavs are a more rounded & well-rested team Nets - W : Though Rox will be tired from playing Mavs in the previous night, surprise victory Spurs - W : After playing the Mavs on night before, SA will be too tired for rested Rox Grizzlies - W : Tough one to call. I think the Grizz are struggling too much for us. Rox win. Pacers - L : Pacers are building back strength, will be well-rested. It'll be close for only 3 quarters. Magic - W : this will be close, but Orl cooled down & has worst NBA defense. Rox are heating up. Knicks - L : Rox won't have enough energy after playing Orl on previous night Magic - W : With two days rest & playing at home, McGrady won't allow us to lose. Hornets - W : Rox should dominate. Then again, we shoulda dominated Bobcats. Close, but we'll win Kings - W : With Bobby Jackson out for the season, Rox will have the edge Heat - L : Heat at home, with Shaq, are too tough to beat. Celtics - L : After giving their all to Miami on previous night, Rox won't have enough energy -- droxford
for those of you who think the Magic will wipe the floor with the Rox... I suggest the League Pass - the Magic have been falling back to Earth fairly steadily for the past few weeks. I know we will go 1-1 and we could take both games - if we don't look ahead. SF3 has already had his "anger" game against the Rox during the pre-season (against our scrubs... which, btw, was a good move by JVG!... oh yeah, and if he does come out angry, it usually only lasts in spruts of about 10-13 mins at the beginning.
i don't tihnk he will want to drop 50 on them. he would rather have 15 assists and play great defense (things he was critisized for). he also wants to get rid of the nickname "me-mac". yao will want to dominate the offense to stop all of this talk that howard is better. steve and cat will try to get 40 each and jack up way too many shots to win the game.
I say 9-7 maybe 10-6 (at best). Worst case in my mind is 6-10. This is a though month. Hopefully we can survive it and still be in the hunt for a playoff seed.
I'm thinking 11-5 or 10-6. Injuries slowed us the past 2 months. Now we're healthy. Also, the trades for Wesley and Barry, and the new high powered offense.
We will be lucky to get 8-8. It's NOT impossible that the Rockets go 0-4 in the next 4 games in reality.
Jazz - Win CHECK Phoenix - L Lakers - L Nuggets - W Mavericks - W Hopefully, I won't jinx us, but here's my prediction for the remaining games... Nets - W Spurs - L (they are gonna be mad about the last one) Grizzlies - W Pacers - W Magic - L Knicks - W Magic - L Hornets - W Kings - L Heat - W Celtics - L (letdown after a big heat win) 9-7 wouldn't be bad.
