Looks like you're missing the point. The point is these videos are edited. Again, the point is that he edited the video, has a history of doing so, and thus it's very hard to take this all at face value. Creamer claimed these were hypotheticals and that Foval was just a guy playing up his own position and being a braggart. At this point you have two dubious men claiming the other is lying... Except one of these men, O'Keefe...has a video where he can just say "You know what? I'm lying and you were talking about hypothetical situations? Well here's the full video." and prove without a doubt that he exposed this guy and the organization. Why wouldn't he want to do that if all he has to do is release the unedited conversation?
O'Keefe is the boy who cried wolf. Except that the boy did eventually see a wolf. The next honest video O'Keefe makes will be his first. Release the unedited footage. Prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that what you're presenting is legitimate. Only then can we discuss whether O'Keefe can be trusted or not. To this point, he's proven he can't be.
I get your point! I just don't think the DNC/PAC should have let them go had O'keefe been lying. That's admission of guilt by action. I have two actions(admittance of illegal activity by both guys on video, getting fired to save face) against Kreamer(the convicted felon of bank fraud). Kreamer isn't one that has shown to be this ray of transparency. It's not a good narrative to push on your part. I get your point and I agreed he was defensive, but this is pretty clear cut.
I just said that Creamer was a dubious man, but you are ignoring O'Keefe's past here. The past of editing videos which he admitted to doing again. Creamer also resigned and said that he didn't want to draw attention to it so that's why he resigned. I don't think it's so clear cut, you just said that it was a matter of opinion did you not? I think it's the right 'narrative' to push. I'm pushing for transparency. Conversations were had so why are you editing them? I'm not the only one that seems to ask this question about these videos and the answer would be as simple as releasing it all and proving his doubters wrong which would help clean his reputation.
I can't really disagree with what you are saying. I'm just asking you to admit it's relatively obvious what's happening here. I wouldn't deem it as manipulation on Okeefe's part. It was said and the DNC took appropriate actions to save face.

Any report you see on TV has edits from raw footage. Does that mean you discount every news report on TV until you see all the raw footage. Again...watch the video. It's obvious there was wrongdoing.
If you look at the polls there is typically a disclaimer that shows if poll had more republicans or democrats. They are almost all oversampling Dems. Weird when repub turnout increased 60% and the Dems decreased by 20%. Race is closer than you think.
Interviews do not. One of the points he edits out mid-sentence dude. Watch the video I say to you as well. If you can't tell it's heavily edited then I don't know what else to tell you. It's obvious it is edited.
