Doesn't Harden always have a little gut? I mean, it's obvious even when he's playing. With the offseason, you'd expect it to be a little worse. Who cares

    Y'all need to stop tripping.

First, having a low body fat doesn't mean you are in great shape to play pro sports. You can be at 10% body fat, by eating very well, and practically do zero cardio. You think that person will last even a half of basketball?

Second, James has always had a little bit of a gut. I've seen guys who appear to have a belly, but actually have a six pack. It's just due to posture. Dribbling with an upright posture probably gave him some anterior pelvic tilt.

    Third, Lock it up!

He looks trimmer than last season. Arms looked more defined. But, who cares.

    Nice pics.

Was this his famous partying in Miami during the finals?

Harden is champaigning and campaigning to take the crown from LeBron!
With style like this, our boy is on his way to the promised land!

He has a Carmelo Anthony body composition, athletic but not overly muscular, not every one can get jacked. Last summer I dedicated myself to getting big jacked arms, my muscles are tight and my arms are veiny but I don't look like LeBron, we're all built different

No, Harden and Carmelo are completely different.

Harden has much more muscle mass and less fat compared to Carmelo.

Harden looks like a normal muscular dude. He's just not ripped to shreds like Dwyane Wade.

It's not too much of an issue between Harden's talent and his body fat percentage, you can be good but a little soft around the middle of course. But is there a correlation between letting yourself get a bit of a belly versus determination and hard work to become the top player in the league? Getting a little "fat" over the summer is a sign of laziness.

Posture and picture angle no matter, that is a picture of Harden with something sticking out a little. You can't really try to spin it into anything else really. That would be his stomach sticking out for sure.

I'm not trying to call Harden out as a fat bum who will be out of the league in a few years, but seeing how an athlete takes care of his body tells me a lot about his drive.
