Yea but i honestly don't think james expected max years and money. He would have taken less but the radio silence from Moreys side after the loss seemed to tip him off they didn't want him beyond this year or were about to low ball him so hard after he could no longer opt in that he would have to take it or play for a mid level exception somewhere made him go this route.

Daryl Morey tricked him and that hurt him. Which is understandable. If his mother is sick and that is the reason he is away, then that is a valid reason.

If his mom is sick then no one can judge him man. But he’s not handling getting older we’ll at all. He’s not a premier player anymore (hasn’t been for years) and he doesn’t know it. It’s an old story. Hopefully his mother gets well.
