don't misunderstand. jems hardon will take a large paycut, like an mle contract. ...which is a huge deal.
[Wojnarowski] James Harden is headed toward opting in to that 47 million player option, and then extending by perhaps as many as two more years, at a significant number with the Sixers. Likely something short of a max contract, but still a significant commitment from Philly.
This will be Disappointing I was under the impression he promised to Opt out . . . .. If so . . Keep ya word Jimmy Rocket River
Honestly . . . After last year's playoffs I am not sold that Tobias HAS TO GO Thybull and him just cannot be on the court at the same time Maxey - Harden - Tucker - Harris - Embiid is a formitable crew IMO Rocket River
I thought people didn't want to play with Harden lol. Wasn't there some BS going around of people saying PJ was taking shot at Harden? Now he wants to play with him again lol? Regardless of what sour apples say on here people want to play with James.
James attracting super star PJ Tucker to the sixers.... wow, bravo.... Morley playing 3d checkers again....
It’s as if Morey paying a 37 year old Tucker $30M over 3 years has nothing to do with it. That’s more than half of what he made his entire career. It’s called securing the bag.
Melton PJ If they can add a little more bench scoring they will be right up there. They need to dump Thybulle but I'm not sure what you would get in return would be very much. Would be more ideal if he even becomes average on the offensive end.
Philly gotta make some moves just to take on Tucker and they’re not adding anything significant if at all after that. Morey already dealing with 2 bad contracts (Harden/Harris) and now trying to add a 3rd bad one. Dork Elvis refused to give up Thybulle last year and now it looks like he might be giving him away for free soon. https://sixerswire.usatoday.com/202...eling-and-dealing-in-order-to-get-p-j-tucker/
Doesn't really matter who Philly adds if Harden is still on the team, as long Harden is there they aint winning $hit.... Acting like PJ Tucker is a big or even a significant addition is laughable. Every year this happens, Harden moves to a team or the team he is on brings over some mediocre piece and Harden fanbois acting like the league is about to get put on notice or something.
Harden had one bad season ( to his standards) right after a severe hamstring injury. Remember what CP3 looked like in his last season playing for us?
i wish him the best, but he's getting older and the excuses are getting thinner than his hairline. That, and one more year removed from the Rockets makes me care less and less. His best chance was prob w/ Brooklyn, but 3 beta sized diva mentalities posturing for Alpha statuses killed that team quick.
