I vaguely remember somewhere about Harden talking about how he's uncomfortable wearing high tops, so any shoe with his name attached to it is going to be a for-sure low top.
I made the switch to low tops years ago and never looked back. While it's mental, high tops feel restricting to me now. The Kobe X's look dope depending on the colorway.
These aren't his signature shoe like Kobe or Kyrie or Lebron has. This is just the PE (Player Edition) of the Nike Hyperchase. I'm pretty sure hes one of the next players getting a signature though. Lets hope the low jersey sales don't hurt his chances.
I saw these when I went into Academy yesterday. I actually really liked the feel of these shoes and it looks alot better in person so I and went ahead and picked me up a pair. side note: I was really suprised about academys basketball shoe line-up, it was much higher end then I remember. They had KD's, Lebrons, Hyper Dunks, HyperRev's and the Underarmor Micro G's!
