Love the guy and his efficiency, but his work ethic and conditioning troubles me. He doesn't seem very driven to me and in my opinion his attitude is he doesn't need to improve just those around him... I guess I have t-mac syndrome. Does anybody else realize this?
Yes I need to. Dont get me wrong. I think harden is a top 10 player. I just am worried that he isn't driven to become better
You should probably cite some examples. Also, McGrady is a poor example. He didn't get a 30 PER season based on talent alone, even if his attitude was a concern late in his career.
The guy just got off an all-star season, became labeled as a superstar through out the league, and led our team to and in the playoffs. also continuously recruited dwight since the all star break. Let the man enjoy his off season, I'm sure he is working hard and then we can judge his work ethic when the season comes. As long as the team gest better, I don't mind the guy enjoying himself.

Harden has tremendous work ethic in my opinion from watching all the videos of his basketball workouts. He seems to want to be great, even though he may look and/or hit the gym to look aesthetic like Cristiano Ronaldo or something.

I disagreeeeeeee Nope and the comparison to tmac is absurd. Harden from all reports even in OKC had tremendous Work ethic and has carried it over to h town. This is no tmac, at least so far.
