The lack of nuance in vaccine discussion is really unfortunate. There’s no good reason to force Kyrie to get a vaccine, just let him play already. The argument that he’s more of a spread risk being unvaccinated has had it’s legs kicked out by omicron. He’s a young healthy athlete who almost definitely has had and recovered from Covid. Why are we making him get a shot again? At the same time, Republicans are literally killing their constituents by demonizing an incredibly effective vaccine that could have saved the lives of people that truly should have taken it.
