Uh he is old as dirt now. His defense I presume is pretty bad. I am not saying he is the best ever. He is obviously top 5 and has a long list of positive attributes that you would want in a bball player.

Pretty impressive to accomplish such a feat at 32. That’s a record that will probably never be broken. Congrats!

lol, AD had been in the lottery most of his career before Bron

NBA 4th quarter ppg in 15-16

    Lebron: 6.8 ppg

    Kyrie : 6.4 ppg

    in the playoffs

    Lebron: 7.1 ppg

    Kyrie: 5.5 ppg

    in the finals

    Lebron: 9.5 ppg

    Kyrie: 5.1 ppg

“Kyrie led the league in 4th quarter points”…yeah, no

I can’t take somebody seriously who just makes sh*t up

    try again

3, since he already had them before AD.

Let's assume Jordan is the GOAT. How many rings would Jordan have without Pippen? (or Grant/Rodman?) Jordan played 2 seasons at age 37 or late and he didn't have a winning record.

At age 37, Kobe's Lakers went 13-53 in the games he played.

Also, by comparison, Lebron has way more wear and tear on his body:

Lebron James games played: 1607 games (62227 minutes played)
    Kobe: 1566 games (57280 minutes)
    Jordan: 1251 games (48484 minutes)

Nets were actually playing pretty well those last few games before Durant came back when it was just old school Harden and role players.

Seems like every time one gets hurt and comes back they have to go through another "adjustment" period again

I am not too optimistic that Brooklyn falls out of the top 5-7 teams (pick 23-25) even with Durant's injury. Now, if something keeps Harden off the court, THAT could bring the pick into the teens.

James is about to go on one of those runs with KD out.

    Bad news for the haters.

I think the pick will stay 20+

    BUT

What it means for the future picks is more interesting IMHO

You're likely right. The way I look at it though is every injury, every Irving flip out, to be real every single loss ads to the odds that team is worse in the coming years.

Harden having to carry them for that long means they have less chance od winning in the playoffs and the team breaks up etc.

12 out of the Net's next 16 games in on the road, which means a lot more of Kyrie. Since last season to now, Kyrie and Harden has been a more effective a duo on the court than KD and Harden, so I expect the Nets to stay within the top 3 or at worst 4 in their conference.

KD being out gives Harden the chance to play his game. He's been much better and more aggressive with KD off the court all season.

    Caruso?

What do you think you are remembering from that series?

It certainly was not Caruso doing a good job of checking Harden.

Harden averaged 29 ppg and shot 50% from the field and 37% from 3.

    Try again.

Why are feeling any kind of way about Harden?

It says a lot about you that you are so invested in Harden and wishing ill will upon him.

    Thar's sad my guy.

How did you get that a Durant injury gives Harden nuthuggers a 2022 excuse to me wishing Harden ill will upon him?

I have never wished Harden an injury or to fail. If anything I hope he succeeds so that destroying The Rockets was at least worth something. Harden is not a 1st option in the playoffs. He needs a Durant, LeBron or Curry type with him in order for him to get close to a chip. Taking that away from him means we will once again be debating about him being capable of winning a chip next year. Everyone should know by now but they don't. Especially judging from your ludicrous point of views...

This still does not answer the question of why care so much about "Harden Nuthuggers"

You actually said you hate, why do feel any kind of way about any of this?

You are a sad sad man.

Player X needs another front line to help win, how is this news?

Just look at what happened to Cury last year.

What is my ludicrous point of view?

The view that you should be mocked for caring about Harden so much?

Because I used a strong word to describe something I thought about for no more than a couple of seconds means I am engulfed in rage and sentiment?

It is ludicrous that you would draw such conclusion from a 4 letter word without anything implying what you in your mind created from it.

I care about Harden as much as I care about who goes to The Finals every year, its not that important. It is important enough for me to tune in and watch the games. I have no emotional attachment or care for who wins unless it was The Rockets. Harden is not a Rocket, but I did watch him choke away our chances for 7 years. I also watched him destroy The Rockets, maybe there is a little bit of disdain from that. Not because he left The Rockets, but because he left us in the worst possible situation possible. I'm over it, we have great fun young talent.

If he can manage to win a chip (wont happen in Brooklyn) I'd be happy for Harden, he just needs to hurry and pair up with LBJ, Giannis or Curry before its too late....
