He had plenty of chances to beat them. Did you forget Rockets lost games 1 and 2 by a total of 5 points in 2015. Winning even one of those games in Golden State would’ve changed the complexion of the series. He had a chance to win both. Instead he fumbled the ball away and made critical mistakes in key moments down the stretch. The narrative and history could totally look different if he was able to come thru. Instead of Steph Curry and the Warriors getting all the accolades it would be Harden. He had his chances… he never came thru.
