I was one of Harden's biggest defenders, but I was out after seeing him shower a rapper with honey buns in a club when he was supposed to be in training camp. Now I think he's more interested in fame and partying than winning... which is fine for him, really - he can live his life however he wants. But as a fan, I can't identify with someone like him - it's like he lives on a different planet. I'd rather root for Jae'sean Tate.
At least show up with your friend Russell WB who is genuinely interested in fashion, and not some rapper.
As a Rockets fan, we should hope this is the case. We should support Harden living life to the fullest, meaning partying with strippers and rappers, if it means his career takes a back seat. Maybe Kyrie is teaching him a thing or two about life after basketball. The worst the Nets are, the better the odds those picks will be good.
I get the sentiment but I think Harden's little finger could keep the Nets in the playoff picture. His problem is once he gets to a Game 6 or Game 7, it might not be enough but it does not help the Rockets in any way. I think the only way is Durant is getting injured during the Olympics but I am not the guy cursing him.
