Thats it! A good manager will make his employee do the worst job imaginable and make him enjoy doing the task. Not completely ignore the best employee you have! What kind of tactic is that? Intentionally sowing more dischord? For what? How does that help?

On the culture thing there were only a handful of guys out there with enough rep to come here and actually perform a "culture change" and have veteran players buy into it: Pop, Phil, Van Gundy, and Riley. Thats it! Nobody is going to take Rafael Stone or Tilman Fertitta seriously, especially when treating Harden like persona non grata.

Crazy this culture has lead to two WCF births and a CP3 hammy away from a ring. Hasn’t Houston had one of the best records over the last 8 years to?

Olive branch for what? Is there a war on?

If you know "where Harden is at," I guess the team probably knows where he is at even more than you do. You think?

I haven't "clocked . . . Chris Fraud's" pockets, but I am fine with what he did for the Rockets, yes.

Damn, what kind of loser uploads yet a new photo of himself flexing his muscles on a basketball forum. Dude, no one gives a damn about you working out.

An olive branch is a metaphor, you know that right?

If you're taking it literally or historically then you have deeper problems than trying to tag James Harden.

Judging from Hardens comments apparently the team has no idea where Harden is at - they are reading Twitter and Instagram for their news, when all they need to do is walk down the hall like men and hash this thing out.

Keep looking for my anti-Harden posts in the game thread. You have failed.

The point is, Harden does not need his ass kissed yet again. An olive branch is for when both parties are at fault.

Howard and CP3 where not superstars Howard only got named a allstar as a reserve and CP3 never even made an allstar team.

The reason you don't see any big stars at strip clubs is because you are not looking.

Just google NBA player strip clubs.

At this point, I'm just hoping his visible work habits, on-court performance, treatment of teammates and coaches, and comments to the media don't further tank his trade value.

And CP3 and WB after all the slander this place has done with WB.

    But Howard takes the cake.

Silas and Harden had no communication
Tilman said he “read” Harden had shown up to Toyota Center to get tested
    And no communication with Stone.

So did the entire organization “ghost” him or did he ghost them? Hmm...

Since Tilman forced Moreys hand in trading for WB, culture reset cannot be about pampering Harden. He was enabling and made the first move. However as a GM I don’t mind him being in the background and after attempts to reach Harden now resigned to no communication is fine by me. Let’s not forget it’s not Stone who’s been involved in the media circus, that started with Tilman, then MDA / Morey, WB and ended with Harden. Stone has nothing to do with this.

Harden didn’t once refute the trade rumours so I don’t think it’s ever going to be hashed out anymore. Even if there was a remote chance of it, this leaked hatched job killed that.

the only term you can use for the current situation is an unofficial divorce waiting on the paper works to be official via an trade
