It's actually a genius move for him to put the Rockets at a rush pace to trade him ASAP before his stock price tanks. Win win situation for him since he can just ball out if he ever gets dealt to a bad team or be dealt to a team of his liking. If the trade doesn't pan out to his liking, he can just cash in during his free agency or join a contender for an easy ring. Nothing here is or will go against his plans which sucks. We do not have any leverage at all.
Oh and to add to my post, keeping him within the team doesn't hurt his plans but rather goes against ours.
Which other guy? I just checked the stories for every single guy tagged in all posts in that Rylo Rodriguez story, and none of them showed the people in this 1 video with Harden, let alone anyone wearing the same clothes. What did I miss?

In this game of chicken, Harden will blink. He has never refused to play, and he wants his career stats. He can't stomach missing a portion of a year when he's healthy. Secondly, he won't tank his performance on the court as a sulk move. Look at the worst Harden year ever: 2015-2016. In spite of our team having AWFUL defense, AWFUL chemistry, an absolutely unwatchable horrible product on the field...Harden still got his. Yes, his efficiency tanked, but this guy will blink when threatened with his on-court production.
