    Guys... This man eats gym!! He warms up with 500 lbs on the bench press. Absolutely insane. Juice or no juice, this man is incredible!!

    I posted this here, because of the similarities the talking guy has with Harden and Baron Davis.... haha mainly the beard. But other than that, this guy is crazy in general and had to show ya'll!!

    That's 405 and I had a college friend do 450 pounds at 185 pounds which was much more impressive.

    Not 5 second pause, but in a powerlifting competition. He was the top powerlifter in the state that was under 20 years old. He also could squat around 640.

    The world record for 132 pounds is 410. 405 is not that big of deal, when you weigh almost 300 pounds.
