    it’s worse then that. The anonymous quote makes no sense. By all accounts Harden loves playing ball any chance he can. He never misses games. I’d be surprised if he misses practices.

    One More Thing . . . . . what the F*** is this obsession with JVG
    He never got out of the first round with TMac and YAO

    It seems people feel like he would punish and "put Harden in his place" (like he did Stevie Franchise)
    Like JVg would make the players submissive and be some grand taskmaster
    show those players WHOSE BOSS!!!!

    and that is more important than winning

    Don't think too many top players on offense would want to play for Gundy.

    That being said, this is some random dude speculating. Not Harden saying it.

    I would agree even if real.

    Who cares what Harden thinks. When it matters most, this dude is a cupcake out of the oven. Regular season hero and playoff ****ing zero. I'm still pissed off about our exit. "The Beard" is all talk and ultimately doesn't want to be held responsible.

    Harden loves to practice and play 24/7 so this strikes me as odd but nonetheless at some point the patients need to stop running the asylum. Tillman wants a culture revolution then this is a great place to start. Needs to sit down and have a heart to heart with james.You have to break a few eggs to make an scrambled eggs


    JVG could be a godsend for Harden.

    Rockets need a coach that is great at in-game adjustments and really pays attention to detail

    all this talk about having some sort of no-nonsense coach...people can miss me with that

    new coach better be a tactician of the highest order...that’s what I care about

    Nick Nurse, Brad Stevens, and Spoelstra are tacticians. They are playing chess. Is JVG in that mold? No.

    Yao was bad under gundy? He was a walking 29 and 9 guy. Tmac had that back issue going back to Orlando but to this day he calls Jeff the best coach he has played under which includes Doc Rovers, Rick Adelman and D’Antoni in NewYork. Steve didn’t play that bad under Jeff either. He was a borderline all star under Jeff.

    I won’t pile on the posts sh*tt*ng on the title, the source, or the claim, but would also like to point out practice has never been an issue with Harden. No complaints. Loves to ball as much as possible. And has reportedly stayed behind in practice numerous times.

    TMAC Dropped from 32.1 and 28.0 his last two years in Orlando
    to 25.7 his first year in houston
    Decline every year after

    Steve averaged 21 a game the last two years before JVG
    dropped to 16.6 under JVG then rose to 21.3 when he left to orlando
    no marketable change in FG%, asst or rebounds . . .

    Yao should have been a walking 30 10 guy
