I remember my little brother took a picture with his friend and they had the sideways peace signs up and the picture was on Facebook. A few weeks later his friends mom (a different friend than the in the picture) private messaged my brother telling him that she didn't want him to be friends with her son anymore because he threw gang signs. This is 17 year old (at the time) teenagers I'm talking about People are really stupid and sensitive these days lol

i saw some kids playing some gang initiation game once.. it seemed like the gang sign with the 2 fingers pointed out like a v beat the gang sign where they laid their hand flat on their palm.. the flat palm gang sign beat the other gang sign which was like a fist. the fist gang sign beat the sideways v gang sign too..

obviously not, and that gesture is slightly different. fingers are extremely spread like a w, people tend to reach sometimes with what letters are being thrown so it could be anything. who knows harden is from LA maybe hes reppin his hood. you know people do that.. but now when he does it when he reps houston, and when the song int he background playing says "htown my 2nd home like james harden" it means HOUSTON.. nobody throws a hissy fit when those whiteboy rockers throw up that gesture.. when a black dude does it, its a gang sign..
