Yep fair enough. To be fair, that was also the year when Wilt averaged 50-25, so Oscar's numbers probably didn't impress people.

This is clutchfans bbs. What's the point if you don't even like clutchfans?

As for the personal attack it's hilarious, try harder that was sad. I know you're generally miserable and can only say hateful things but at least throw in something funny.

The more OKC loses, the better Harden looks.

How did that narrative work out for us against the Warriors in 2015?

Harden is the MVP. Anyone with the smallest amount of objectivity can see that.

Season isn't even close to being over and you're crowning one of the NBAs most prolific chokers MVP?
Harden needs to go hard till the final game to secure his spot

Westbrook scored 48 and the Thunder still lost to the worst team in the league not playing in Brooklyn. #emptystats

My back up dream scenario is for WB to win MVP only to get swept in the first round. I then want Harden to have a god-like postseason performance to win the title.

    **** the media

I watched the end of that Suns/Thunder game. As soon as RW saw he was not going to win, he assist hunted to get 2 assists for a triple double. Abrines got 1 shot and Grant and Adams missed their's.

I find it comical that Kawahi is getting these MVP looks. Spurs may pass GSW and even then I wouldnt even consider Leonard top two.

A guy who can't dish the ball and who doesn't make their team better is a big no no for MVP award.

Just my opinion though. I think Westbrook will finish outside the top 5 and if Harden can keep us in the three seed and maintain the PPG along with the assist its his to lose. Would love for him to finish with a better record than Lebron.

Do you live under a rock?

In what way does Kawhi not make the Spurs a better team??? Moronic post. On par with DerpWah posts.

He doesn't make his teammates better. Was I not literal enough for you? He doesn't. He is not a facilitator whatsoever. You will see in the playoffs.

    This was that season.

Wilt averaged 50 pts, 26 rbs, 49 wins
Russell averaged 19 pts, 24 rbs, 60 wins
    Big O averaged 31 pts, 13 rbs, 11 asts, 43 wins

Who do you think won the MVP?

The answer along with this info should be sent to all current NBA writers.

On defense, he does make his teammates better.
He is not the creator that Harden, Lebron etc are... yet.

It's unbelievable how he has become a scoring machine on crazy effeciency.
Its like Pop creates a robot and tells him to add a few things every summer and he comes back next season 50% better.

Wouldn't be surprised if he is able to learn how to create on offense in a year or two.

05/06 Season- Nash won the MVP despite only scoring under 19ppg and 54 wins. Beat out Kobe who led the league in scoring at 35.4ppg (most ppg for a season since Michael Jordan in the 80s) and 45 wins. Also 3 other teams (Pistons, San Antonio and Dallas) had over 60 wins that year.

That 9 win difference and Lakers only having the 6th seed in the playoffs were the factors.

Oh and that was another D'Antoni team.

OKC with 48 wins compared to the Rockets 57 would hand the MVP trophy to Harden despite a triple-double year by Westbrook.
