It's not happening on a bum wrist. Final Form Lord Threeza will have to make an appearance. Ariza doesn't bust out his final form very often.

Harden should definitely be the MVP no matter how much the media keeps moving the goalposts on him but that is HILARIOUS!

I don't think anyone is trying to diminish Accomplishments here. The frustration comes from the inconsistencies in the way they measure the MVP, which are clearly being exploited for media ratings.

I have resigned into letting Westbrick win the stupid MVP award. Harden tries his best but with an injured wrist, got to think about the playoffs. Media enjoys the tears of us Rockets fans don't let them have it. Let's hope harden wrist gets better

He might not put up big games till the playoffs.

He doesnt have the ball in his hands as much since the wrist injury.

Not having the ball in his hands as much is his way of resting the wrist it seems

Harden would need a 40 point triple double in a win tonight in order to stave off the Westbrook momentum

The average fan of the NBA (ones who don't take precedent into consideration) are all pro Westbrook. The thing is, these aren't the people who vote. The writers who have been covering the game for years, the ones who set the voting precedent, take much more than pure numbers into the equation.

ESPN's The Jump's panel didn't seem to think Westbrook 57pt triple double moved the needle. Pippen and Tmac think there should be a co-MVP *eye roll*. Lowe was like, STFU about that co-MVP nonsense. Lowe also thinks Kawhi is out of the race because of last night's loss to GSW.

Honestly, it makes me feel a little better that Broussard and Bayless are two of the loudest supporters of Westbrook. Those ****bags are never right about anything.

Lowe is always a wet blanket on those MVP things. But I trust him to look hard at the metrics at the end of the year.

It is refreshing though that they felt 1 big game by RW against a lottery team didn't move the needle.

I will be interested to see what the PTI guys and TheSix say tonite. Last night on twitter Wilbon was being a fool and "waffling again."

We know what the TNT guys will say: Shaq, Kenny, EJ are with Westbrook. And Barkely is with Harden.

Why is officials rocket twitter putting out something like this. Harden should win, but putting out things like make they look petty. The teams success should be able to stand on its own feet.

I'm going to stop watching Sportsnation. I have to stay away from my triggers. However, they essentially just moved on from the 57pt triple double. They didn't think it locked up the MVP.

LZ is trying to debunk the "Rockets were projected to be lousy" argument, saying that 538 predicted the 2016 election wrong. 538 wasn't the only one who predicted the Rockets to be lousy...

You know your program is trash when Max "STFU,Max" Kellerman is the voice of reason on the panel.

SportsNation is a trash yuck fest. You would be hard pressed to find a recurring show more bottom of the barrel on ESPN than that one. I am glad Beadle has to host that detritus.

Wasn't sure if this was mentioned earlier, but Windhorst (who does have a vote) has Harden as MVP.

FYI, last year Broussard DID have a MVP vote. I don't know if his move from ESPN to FS1 changed it or not though.
