He's a grown man, I don't care what he does during the off-season.

Better be ready to give it 100% in camp, though.

Grown men would be in Verdansk not Vegas the night before training camp. No issue with Harden on this though. Just sayin. iykyk

Definitely looks bought in to me.

What better way to get ready for the season than partying during a pandemic.

Usually frown upon except when done by people we like.

Yeah, but this was last night. First day of practice probably isn't too intense. Catch a nap on your private jet on the way home and you're good to go, as long as you can stay awake during interviews.

Obviously, now that camp has begun, it would be great to see him lock in.

I'm WAY more concerned about the risk of COVID exposure than the partying itself.

You have to register 3 days of negative testing before the NBA lets you be with the team. Him being in Vegas last night shows he doesn't expect to join the team for at least the first 3 days of training camp under a new coach, new system, and new roster.

It's possible he's gotten continuous testing between shots and lap dances. So they may have tested him the past couple days.

You're right about the testing, but I'd be really surprised to see him miss the first 3 days of camp.Probably got his 3 days of neg tests through yesterday. I don't know that the league policy is on possible exposure immediately after completely that testing period.

Not saying it's right, I'm just saying I'd be shocked if he misses any camp.

NBA details penalties for violating COVID-19 protocols, reveals bans on bars, clubs and other large indoor gatherings
    Mark Medina
    USA TODAY

The NBA sent an expanded version of its health and safety protocols to all 30 teams Saturday, detailing penalties for anyone who fails to follow and enforce the rules geared toward mitigating risk with the coronavirus.

“Protocol violations that result in COVID-19 spread that requires adjustments to the NBA game schedule or otherwise impacts any other team may subject the violating team to additional penalties,” according to the document, which USA TODAY Sports obtained. The document said those penalties “may include fines, suspensions, adjustment or loss of draft choices, and/or game forfeiture.”

The document, which grew from 134 to 158 pages, added that any non-compliant participants may have to take part in additional education and training sessions and that “repeat offenders may be subject to enhanced discipline;.”

The document noted that “it is likely that some staff, players, and other participants in the 2020-21 season nonetheless will test positive or contract COVID-19.” But the NBA also outlined various restrictions in hopes of minimizing the infection rate.

In a memo sent to all 30 teams on Saturday, the NBA said players, coaches and staff members cannot go to bars, lounges, clubs, venues, public gyms or any indoor gatherings that would host at least 15 people. For trips, participants can only eat at restaurants that host either outdoor dining or fully privatized space indoors. Hotel employees also have to receive a negative COVID-19 test the night before their shift. The NBA said the respective hotels must provide that service.

Once a coronavirus vaccine becomes FDA approved and infectious disease specialists confirm it is safe and effective, the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association plan to discuss whether it is mandatory for participants to receive it. The document states that teams must present the option for participants to receive a flu vaccine. Although teams are “strongly recommend they receive” the flu vaccine, it is not required.

Why would Brooklyn even want him anymore if he’s acting like this ?

This would also be his last chance for any partying for several months, as the season I'm guessing starts once training camp officially opens.
