As of now, Jones can't shoot as well as Yi and does not have Yi's size. Yi is probably 3-4 inches taller and bulky/solid as well. Jones can improve, of course, and Jones is a better shotblocker and fastbreak finisher, but there are elements that Yi brings that our young PFs do not. You need certain size and bulk to defend in the post unless you are an athletic freak like Rodman.
