James Harden clearly out of shape...

    He is clearly out of shape. His defense reminds me of 2 years ago and not the improved version from last year. Can't drive as consistently anymore, lacks lift on his there's which is why he can't make them anymore, and overall is just a lot worse than last year.

    If I'm mchale is run him hard during practice just so he can get in shape.

    Unfortunately, he needs to be forced to stay in shape over the off-season instead of from his own will power. Team USA last off-season obviously helped him incredibly.

    Who ever thinks Harden is a gym rat is an idiot. He probably hasn't gone on a jog or run on his own time in his life.
