If Alston, James, and Francis don't work out for at least the next two months, then RA should try working Aaron Brooks into the rotation, or let's just hope Aaron Brooks will develop within that time frame. Right now, I see that he is on the roster, but inactive.

To get a PG who's better than Alston, James, and Francis, the Rockets would probably have to give someone up in a trade that they wouldn't want to give up.

Dear Coach A: Free Aaron Brooks! At least suit him up and let him run a little. Let's see a few minutes of Landry, too, please.

Dear Big D: Send Franchise and/or Snyder anywhere for a draft pick(s) and sign Mike Harris!

I will mark your words as redundant and embarrassingly shallow.

    1 star.

    Go back to lurking.

you know why else we wont win a title? cause tmac's not a point forward, or whatever that made-up position is called, and yao can't shoot 3's.

however, our pg solution is already on our bench.

    deke.

seriously, its like some people wake up in the morning and tell themselves, "i have nothing better to do, so lets bash the team."

Start the same thread in the mid-season and you'll see the difference. Relax and grab your Miller Lite, "The less filling ,Taste great" beer. :D

    It will work.

Rafer doesn't have to shoot, we just need him to be a playmaker.

Mike James can be a really good PG-scorer off the bench.

Steve - well I just hope he'll play

I bet you 2 years ago before Miami won the championship, each and every person would have thought it's impossible to win a championship with Jason Williams as your pg. Well then they went and won one.

It's always "you can't win" until you do.

the heat had gary payton to fall back on if Jason played erratic, we finally have options if Rafer can't hit his shots...although MJ has his own faults, and francis is insurance policy in case one of those gets injured.

Why can't people even give it a CHANCE to work? "OH MY GOD, WE'RE ONE GAME INTO THE SEASON AND THE SKY IS FALLING! WHAT EVER SHALL WE DO?"
