how about jermaine taylor? he just scored 49 in a d-league game http://www.nba.com/dleague/games/20130323/MNESPG/gameinfo.html
Garcia's more ready to plug in as a "versatile" player than Anderson now. I thought Anderson shoulda got more looks earlier especially being in a need position as a backup swingman, and Delfino playing much too much PF for my liking. Though Garcia at least has proven he could do that role. Garcia's really regressed on his shooting since last season. If he'd be anywhere close to his career averages the same way Carlos Delfino is, he'd definitely be at least serviceable but kinda hard to count on that happening. Anderson has decent shooting, good athlete, can move on D. Tries to slash, dribble drives are a bit shaky, he's pretty vanilla at it in the handles but tries to do more than he should maybe. Not Trevor Ariza bad at that no one is, just he needs to refine the off-the-dribble part of his game more. Garcia has that issue too, but seems to know more his limits. A rotation having Motiejunas, Anderson, Beverley, Thomas Robinson, all their minutes added together COMBINED is less than Marcus Morris's minutes this year. 3 ROOKIES, NONE of these guys started the year in the rotation or was on the team at all. Though Anderson was here first and I think has upside over Garcia if not better now, thinking he's just 1 more young guy that McHale doesnt want to "work in" when he's trying to compete NOW for a playoff spot. Its gotta be a bit of relief to have someone who's "been there"

Both of these players played well last night. I am really happy with how our bench been playing. James Anderson should get some of James Harden playing time. Harden is getting over used and need to get some break. Garcia was really awesome yesterday....when he's hot he gets red hot!
Before his injuries, Garcia used to be a better version of Parsons. And he is still a smart and experienced player. Depending on the price tag, I'd even slightly prefer him over Delfino next season, who are very similar to each other too. In a Read and React offense the Rox are trying to do, they naturally come in ahead of Anderson.
No way sir. I watched alot of Kings games during the Kevin Martin era, and his game screamed spotup shooter that could score in transition every now and then, but didn't do enough of it.
Delfino/ Garcia/ Anderson. They all provide us the same thing but we've got one signed on to a $3M team option who has already proven his worth and another for the minimum. Unless Garcia can consistently show up he's as expendable as he always has been.
I actually think Anderson has shown enough to be a backup to Harden. He moves off the ball pretty well, has a decent 3-pt shot and can defend ok. Garcia is probably gone after this season so I think it's best to give more minutes to Anderson compared to Garcia. If Garcia's 3's aren't falling he provides almost nothing to the team on the floor.
