it is her, those are pics from her instagram, facebook, and twitter that she deleted... she had over 40 photos of her and winston together.... before and after the "rape" lol. She is gonna be tried for making a false rape accusation which is a felony in florida... her aunt is trying to try this case through the media and trying to get money from winston, but at this point winston is keeping quiet because first off why would he give up his leverage, when she is about to get charged. The state interview Ericka last Friday and it didnt go well, her story was seen as non-applicable to accounts of her roomates, and texts she posted on her twitter.
