I'm a forward and expected to finish. If anything, I'm told I pass too much.

Still waiting on the explanation as to why SkyrimOwnsAll understands why "some" people hate Jewish people.

Is any body talking about Winston on this thread? What do you think should happen as to the team, NCAA, Heisman, BCS, court case?

Team - No effect unless he's charged, in which case FSU would have a legit chance of falling out of the National Championship.

Heisman - I don't think he should be affected voting-wise unless he has charges placed on him. If there are no charges, they shouldn't factor the legal situation into the voting.

NCAA - Like I said...only charges placed on Winston could derail their season. They should easily beat Duke and stroll into the title game. They should beat Duke even without Winston.

Court Case - I don't think anybody knows enough details as of right now to say anything for sure, though I haven't seen much convincing evidence of a "rape". Not sure anything will come of this, but we'll see.

If he was being charged they would just take him down not hold a press conference. P.C. will be on why he's cleared.

Agreed. Meg's also was quoted as saying that all investigative tools have been exhausted. That sure doesn't sound like a DA that is going to press charges.

Yup. I'm not sure what they expected to find. The burden of proof falls on the accuser, and not much more than signs of physical abuse will serve.

Not true. The burden of proof falls on the state. The accuser has very little to do with prosecuting a case. The accuser is dependent upon the state to build a case. If the state chooses not to prosecute, there is nothing she can do about it. It could be that there is no case, or that the investigation was shoddy, or that the accused is about to take the state's premiere football program to a championship game.
