Sounds like the Knicks want to get rid of Jamal Crawford. You think they would trade him for expriting contracts? It would help them lower luxury taxes for next year and cut payroll at the same time.

fair enough. you guys dont think he could be something different under jvg? Look at what he has done with francis and mobley... well francis is basically back to his old ways, but under jvg he played more of a controlled game.

Jamal Crawford actually is becoming a very good player. But his contract runs like forever.

No way we need a player like Crawford on our team. He is going to be mad that he doesn't get to chuck that many 3's and take half the shots...and will whine...dont see him being a good defender at all.

Crawford has the talent to play defense. One of 2 things will happen under Brown. Either he will become a much better defender and much more efficient offensively, or he will be stuck on the bench and trade bait. It's what Brown does with everybody. They either get it or they're gone. What will be really funny is to see what happens to MoT under LB.

Mo T might as well start ask his agent to find some trade opportunities or ride the pine for a while. He will get minutes but no way does he get significant minutes with the lack of defense he plays.

He is a good player, great athleticism. He had this one play last year where he got caught in the air and couldn't pass the ball so he tossed it at the backboard, caught the ball coming off the backboard and then jams the ball in the hole ala an NBA all-star slam dunk championship. Tell me anybody on our team save T-Mac that can do that. I would love to have the guy, but his contract WHOA.

You guys are missing the point. He's a Knick, which means he'd be a PERFECT fit on this team...

Crawford is a talented player who like Francis, doesn't make the best decisions on the court. He is a good shooter but takes a lot of shots, something we probably don't need on the team right now.

His contract is long as well. If we could get him for expiring contracts (which I doubt), he could be a runningmate to play alongside TMac.

If there is a trade rumor invovling Zeke, without people saying "holy crap, I can't believe we got (fill in player name here) for (fill in pile of crap here)" or "thanks for making us a contender/playoff team/championship team (like the Spurs R.C. Buford has said)" than it is not a good idea.

plus, Jamal is a ball hog, who cant shoot, plays a possition were are stocked at, and is a locker room cancer.

even if he has more talent than Jon Berry(which I think I may even argue), I take Berry 10 out of 10 times in a heart beat.
