Jalen Rose Says Rockets the only threat to Warriors, Harden will Win MVP

It's a fair criticism and will be until the postseason next year. But that doesn't change the fact that Harden is balling this season and right now would be the MVP(granted, we've only played 20% of the schedule). Also, none of them(not even Jalen) mentioned that the Rockets are atop the Western Conference standings. Eventually the Warriors likely overtake us, but we are a legitimate threat for the #2 seed.

I stopped watching the second beadle popped up on my screen

 

game 5 was just a function of running out of gas while still having the burden of being the team’s main scorer and facilitator on every possession...it was a little disappointing, but not shocking

game 6 was very bad, but I’m looking forward...Harden has come back a better player than he was last year, and Morey finally helped him out by bringing in a leader and another high level playmaker in CP3

Sure, but the point Beadle was responding to was Jalen's assertion that only the Rockets have what it takes to beat the Warriors. In light of what happened in the playoffs last year and the fact that two key players on the Spurs haven't even played yet this season. her reaction is understandable.

 

Considering we've added tougher guys like Tucker, Luc along with CP3 we have significantly become tougher in terms of defense but overall mental toughness as opposed to last season.These guys true value will shine in the gritt and grind of a physical playoffs series something which Jalen added after the bimbo started throwing a hissy fit and Paul Pierce saying Houston lacks star power and a supporting cast. To compare this years team to last season on face value is silly.

To declare only the Rockets can beat the Warriors in the playoffs when it's still mid November is also silly. These shows are all around silly, and fans should not be throwing a hissy fit (and going beyond -- some idiot here is talking about wanting to sexually assault her) in reaction to this.

Is it her job to be a Spurs fan on national TV? Is that what they’re paying her for? She could try to have at least an ounce of objectivity and not always come across as a biased hater. Almost every time someone says something positive about the Rockets, she quickly dismisses it and acts like it’s blasphemy while trying to segway to the Spurs or Kawhi.

If she wants to be such a Spurs fangirl, then she needs to get in the booth with Sean Elliott where she’s free to be a biased homer and stop being a host on ESPN.
