Do not be a smart ass buddy, no one likes cities with smart-asses.

Anyways, strips clubs in Houston suck. The fried chicken is lacking. Overall, It wouldn't even put it in my top 10.

Honestly the only thing Houston has going for it is the price for watermelon per pound. Did Jalen check these statistics out? No, cause it was not a scientific study...

Yup, basically the more Asians you have, the more subdivisions and cities that you get.

The greater L.A. area is the biggest example with more spread out Chinatowns, Koreatowns, Little Saigon, Little Tokyo and Japanese-Americans in Gardena, Filipino neighborhoods, Cambodian Neighborhoods, Thai neighborhoods, etc and even media coming from Asia. Diversity and population wise, that's the biggest market.

I'd still pick Houston over places like Philadelphia and Boston though.

Actually let me elaborate on that, based on just pure population of cities, NYC would be #1 according to the Census. But California, whether it's more of the Bay Area or Greater L.A., have cities spread out with higher percentages. California as a whole though wins in the numbers games. If Hawaii had a NBA team, that be another destination.

Houston is a great city for any person to live in, as long as they like their cities flat.

Not really ironic, more or less the truth. There are cities "up North" that are accepting of African Americans, but they more than likely don't cater to African Americans like the south.

I can see tons of Asians picking Boston as it is a nice city and I mean, tons of Asians do because of MIT and NYC :p

But having lived most of my life in Houston and lived a number of years in Boston (and as an Asian), I will say right now that I have definitely been racially accosted way more in Boston than I ever have in Houston (if ever). Go figure, right?

    I understand and agree...historically ironic.

Integration was a b**** in Boston. Race riots. Of course, it wasn't easy in Little Rock or Selma either.

Grateful my kids are growing up in a world where all of this sounds so alien to them. Not to say racism is dead....just that the idea that kids should be going to different schools based on skin color is regarded as so universally stupid today.

smog. oppressive heat and humidity. But diversity. Friendliness. Excellent cost of living. And just cosmo enough to get away with being called a great city. It's a solid city for anyone ...and i really hate the racially charged framing.
