At this point, anyone still making excuses for Jalen and throwing everyone on the team under the bus to explain away Jalen's failure is not a Rockets fan, they are a Jalen fan. There should be no tolerance for Jalen fans at this point.

Just sucks that good Rockets fans have put in this much effort into discussing Jalen when he probably won’t be the one for the Rockets… Jalen gave us hope back in 2021 after Harden left us but it was probably just to pass that baton on to Sengun and Amen. Those two are our real beacon of light. Just need Sheppard and Jabari to keep developing their shots and replace Jalen with a better shooter sometime next season

Come on! This is the classic ‘if you look at the games where he scored these averages, he is fantastic’ . Sometimes it is the last x games, sometimes it is a particular month, sometimes it is cities that have an in-n-out burger.
It was a much different time then, the Rockets were in tanking mode and we hadn't seen much from KPJ or Jalen. That's no longer the case today. Now we know both of them are trash, neither of them took the leap we were hoping for. I would say the same thing about KPJ fans if they existed.
