The sad thing is, as garbage as Jalen is, we need him to even have a remote chance. Fred is too small to be a primary playmaker in the playoffs.

This is going to be tough to even win a game with having to depend on Jalen to be our best offensive perimeter player.

I'm not giving up on Jalen. Did he **** his pants in front of the entire world tonight? Hell yeah he did. But let's see how he responds the rest of the way.

Over reaction! Cam is not better than Jalen. Ime.needs to help get Jalen into a rhythm, the same way Sengun got into a rhythm.

The way you do that is, you put the ball in his hands and let FVV play off ball since he can't beat his man.

He had a very poor game, our guards were awful.

I agree with your last sentence, but I'm not hopeful.

I do not even get why he has a thread with 660 pages, Green himself did not even describe himself as the Dude or the Man.

He has been a secondary or tertiary option so far with some hot games here and there.

Based on what I have seen thus far from Jalen in his career I have been and remain skeptical of his capabilities of being a number 1 scoring option on a contending team. Im just not nearly as high on him as some other posters here are.

That said….Making broad, definitive proclamations about what he can or can’t be based off his 1st ever playoff game is dumb.

Disgusting first playoff game for Green. Yeah I get it he's not the only one and the tactics were never going to be ideal for him, but regardless just with the possessions he had he was terrible.

Of course I'm not jumping ship on a player's first playoff game, but you have to call it like it is. It's an F for his first game.

I will give him the rest of the playoffs to see how he responds although the rest of the playoffs will not be long if he keeps up that level of play.

He hardly played any good game in April.

Dude cares more about 82 games playing streak.

He played like hot trash in last 3 regular games. He just played for that record.

He did play solid defense. It's his offense that was trash. Not only did he not shoot well, he made poor decisions which he seemed to have improved in the RS.

Jalen was always going to be horrendous in the playoffs. He can’t handle contact and is already terrible in the regular season outside of 15-20 games a year. He’d be better off playing a different sport honestly. He’d make a mediocre Olympian or something, just get him away from a basketball. It’s just sad at this point.

It doesnt matter at this point. Everyone saw these numbers during the season. There were no viable alternatives to trade for and if what this chart shows reflects what happens this series, he'll be gone, replaced or both.

The most damning thing for him is that he almost never plays well against the Warriors. Not sure what all hes going to "figure" out suddenly when there's no record of him doing so.
