He is great..........................some people just don't have patience or can't handle a rebuild.

Just admit you were spoiled with the Harden days and can't handle a rebuild.

He did not kill it, that year.....

    https://stats.gleague.nba.com/player/1630224/

    17.9ppg on 46.1 FG and 36.5 3pt 2.8apg 2.7to - is not killing it.

Maybe you are struggling to see the truth....dunno.

We'll try this again because you seem slow.

So now that you realize you were wrong about the number of years he's played professionally, I'll explain the significance.

He's had nothing to do but be paid to work on his game with professional coaching for over 3 years now and he's essentially the same player today he was then.

Streaky rather than good shooter, highly athletic but scrawny, no defense, volume chucker.

Do your best, read it twice if you need

Not in the Gleague where Nix, Cam, KPJ and many others blew up at a similar age.

Why do you like Jalen so much? Can you see his flaws at all?

IMHO, if you started Brooks at the SG and Eason at the SF we would be better off, than having Jalen in there.

He is fantastic, getting better every season. Improving different parts of his game every year. Also hard to get used to playing with new players and taking less shots when Brooks and VanVleet joined the team. New Coach................It is an adjustment.........which you think is easy.

point me to a player that doesn't have flaws?

Eason is better off the bench and Brooks is not athletic enough to start fast breaks

You are looking at this the wrong way around. It is the coach that has to implement the right game plan to use player strengths.

He's one of the worst players on the team..... how is that "fantastic"?

Come on, be realistic. It's great to root for everyone, but he has a long long way to go to be called fantastic.

Holiday, Whitmore, Brooks, Jabari, Fred, and Eason all have better 3PT%. Whitmore, Holiday, Sengun, Jabari, Brooks, Jeff Green, Tate, Fred, and Eason all have better SH EFF. Sengun, Jeff Green, Thompson, Whitmore, Tate, Jabari, Eason, Brooks, and Holiday all have better FG%. Fred, Eason, Jabari, Sengun, Thompson, and Jeff Green have more blocks per game. Eason, Sengun, Fred, Thompson, and Brooks have more steals per game. Fred, Tate, Holiday, Sengun, and Thompson all have better ASST/TO ratios.

By fantastic do you mean in points scored? Sure, Jalen scores more points than most, but at what cost? We certainly don't win all those games he scores 25 or more PTS. Seems stupid to me for a guy who's one of the worst in all shooting categories to be taking the 2nd most shots on the team.

Jalen is at most a BETA player, he worries too much about how he looks on social media - he should be worried about adding to his game and try to turn his coin purse into a bag.

I agree with much of your post, but I disagree that Sengun has no shot, and that behind the back pass that Cam made the other night was pretty special.

Jalen Green is definitely looking for his numbers in the last 30 ish games......if that leads to winning not so sure.

Audition time is over but you can always add to your Curriculum Vitae.
