Ironic. Draymond called him what he did, and Green in back to back elimination games was exactly what draymond described.
A lot of us was shocked with that extension because we thought this was suppose to be a prove it year for Jalen, but Stone never disappoints. Handing Jalen a multi year contract when he hadn’t earned it is par for the course for Stone (see Oladipo, KPJ, Jalen).
Every game Ime went with a 9 man or more rotation, the Rockets won. Every game Ime went with an 8 man rotation, the Rockets lost. Ime would rather do things his own way than win. He's just stubborn like that.
I remember having a back and forth discussion with some guy that thought he knew what he saw in Green. This was a few years back when Green was a rookie or second year I believe. The poor shot selection and release was there now it’s the same with Green. I don’t really want to bash on him more as his play has been terrible. It’s time to experiment with Cam to give him some playing time.
Calm down. I don’t know the beef you have with that guy, and we are all frustrated with the loss.. but damn.. 1) it’s the internet and you sound like mad dad and 2) why is spacing a massive problem? The top half of the half court was wide open for ISO on our offense.. Jalen couldn’t play in that?
Nobody wants to hear this....not even me, but KPJ outplayed Jalen Green in the playoffs this year. ****'s sake. I, just, damn. He's gotta go, right?
Yep. Every GM saw what happened tonight. He has negative trade value at his contract. I'm sure he would make a good tank commander. I'm sure he will show something in games that don't matter.
Exactly. I mean one year ago, in his 4th year, he lead the Wolves for sweeping the Suns in the 1st round and later for a win over the Nuggets. All Green had to do in this series in order to get us another win, was just having one game with around 20 points - if he could have such game in any of the four losses, we would win this series. But no, he had one-digit scoring games in each of those losses, when we needed him the most to just being average, and he could not deliver it. I truly feel sorry to him, but he ain’t our future.
Bro went nuclear on me when I suggested that Amen attacked the lanes more effectively than Jalen in the post season and wanted to see how the stats would reflect between them after the series is over. Went on a massive over reaction about how spacing was the main problem for Jalen and demanding I define what spacing means to him. I told him I didn't want to argue based on opinions I wanted to see the stats and base it off facts. Than he starts saying only 5 year olds use stats to argue, like wtf. The man is JG homer and a r****d.
I'm not sure how you watched that series and concluded that FVV is our problem. Your best bet might be watching Bluey.
Well, maybe it's time he go through a maturity over haul this summer. Time to wipe the slate clean. 1. Wipe off the nail polish 2. Start lasering off some tats 3. Go to a speech coach to help him talk like a man. 4. Shoot 30,000 three pointers over the summer. Come back next year and lead your team to the #1 team in the league. That's what you gotta do Jalen. Time to really grow.
